Dr. (c) Meida Rachmawati, SE, MM, MH, PhD is a postgraduate lecturer, management practitioner, and HR consultant with over a decade of experience in education, leadership, and organizational development. With a multidisciplinary academic background in Management, Law, and Business, she integrates academic excellence with practical industry expertise.
She has a strong and growing academic profile, with 599 citations, an h-index of 13, and an i10-index of 16, reflecting the impact and relevance of her scholarly contributions. Her research centers on human resource management, leadership and organizational development, MSME empowerment, and digital transformation, particularly focusing on technology adoption and strategic capability building to enhance organizational and community performance.

A distinguished academic and legal scholar, he has extensive experience in higher education leadership, strategic management, and institutional development. Under his leadership, the Bachelor (S1), Master (S2), and Doctoral (S3) Programs in Law at Universitas Borobudur have successfully achieved “Accredited Unggul” status, reflecting his strong commitment to academic excellence, quality assurance, and institutional advancement. His research focuses on business law, corporate governance, investment and banking law, and legal aspects of economic development, particularly in strengthening regulatory frameworks to support national competitiveness and sustainable growth. Dr. Ir. Indra Iskandar, M.Si., M.I.Kom

Secretary General of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia (DPR-RI), Indonesia

Dr. Ir. Indra Iskandar, M.Si., M.I.Kom currently serves as the Secretary General of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia (DPR-RI). A senior Indonesian bureaucrat, he possesses extensive experience in public governance and state institutional administration. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Institut Sains dan Teknologi Nasional, a Master’s degree in Administrative Sciences from Universitas Indonesia, a Master’s degree in Communication Studies, and a Doctorate in Management and Business from Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB). His multidisciplinary academic background reflects a strong integration of technical expertise, public administration, management, and strategic communication. He began his career as a civil servant within the Ministry of State Secretariat of the Republic of Indonesia, where he occupied various strategic and leadership positions. Through these roles, he developed substantial expertise in policy coordination, bureaucratic reform, institutional governance, and the strengthening of accountable and professional public administration systems. As Secretary General of the DPR-RI since 2018, he plays a central role in ensuring the effective provision of administrative, technical, and professional support to the leadership and members of Parliament. He oversees human resource management, budget planning, institutional information systems, and the continuous improvement of secretariat services to support the legislative, oversight, and budgeting functions of the DPR-RI. His leadership reflects a strong commitment to transparency, institutional strengthening, and excellence in public service.

Prof. Gary I. Lilienthal, Ph.D.

NALSAR University of Law, India

Dr. Gary Lilienthal is a Professor of Law and an internationally recognized scholar, psychotherapist, and legal academic with extensive experience across Australia, Asia, Africa, and the United States. He holds a Diploma in Counselling from the Australian Institute of Professional Counselling (legally sufficient for general counselling practice in Australia), a law degree from the University of Sydney, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Sydney College of Law, a Master’s Degree (High Distinction) in Freudian and Lacanian Psychoanalysis from Melbourne, and a Doctorate from Perth, Australia, specializing in the historical development of the intellectual property tort of passing-off. His doctoral research drew conceptual parallels between fraud and commonplace denunciation. Dr. Lilienthal has practised as a general and pastoral psychotherapist since 1992, following his clerical ordination in Long Island, New York. In New York City and Buffalo, he presided over approximately 9,500 commercial and family mediations. In 2006, his clinical work advanced into forensic psychotherapy after completing his master’s degree in psychoanalytic studies, subsequently working closely with legal professionals. Alongside his clinical career, he has maintained a prolific academic output and is widely cited internationally, with approximately 7,600 citations. He has held numerous senior academic appointments, including Senior Lecturer and Examiner at the Australian Institute of Professional Counselling (Sydney), Senior Lecturer in Law at Northern University of Malaysia, Associate Professor of Law and Scholar-in-Residence at Symbiosis University (India), and Full Professor of Law at the University of Gondar (Ethiopia). He currently serves as Professor of Law at NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, by personal appointment of the Vice Chancellor, and is a former Visiting Professor at BIHER School of Management and Commerce (Chennai, India). His international contributions include convening a Master’s program in International Labour Organization Law in Malaysia, delivering a national security presentation to the Indian National Security Council (for which he received a Silver Medal in National Security), supervising 75 research master’s students, and designing doctoral research preparation programs in Ethiopia focusing on human rights, gender, torture, genocide, and rights theory. Dr. Lilienthal has led multinational research initiatives, including projects on water rights in the River Nile Basin, with findings published in the Tulane University Journal of Environmental Law. He has authored several SCOPUS-indexed books, including Human Capital and Development (Nova Science Publishers, New York), Regulation of the Professions in East Asia, Islamic Sources and International Law (2023), and Critical Women’s Issues (2024). He has also published research on diplomatic law and the genesis of water rights, and since 2024 has produced a series of practice-grounded manuscripts in psychodynamic psychotherapy. In 2018, he delivered a keynote at Shanghai Jiao Tong University on regulating multinational corporations, later published as a government book in the People’s Republic of China. He currently chairs the Carrington Rand collaboration, a global network of approximately 60 scholars.

Tatiana Suplicy Barbosa is a lawyer and university professor at UniFael, and a Master’s candidate in Law, Society, and Technology. She specializes in Constitutional, Administrative, and Tax Law, combining academic engagement with active legal practice. She holds several leadership positions within the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). She serves as Vice President of the Women Lawyers Commission, Vice President of the Technology and Innovation Commission, and Vice President of the Health Law Commission of the OAB – Lapa/PR Chapter, as well as Secretary of the Public Law Commission of the same chapter. She is also a member of the Tax Law, Agrarian and Environmental Law Commissions, and the Higher School of Advocacy (ESA) of OAB Lapa/PR, in addition to serving on the Tax Law, Agrarian Law, and Agribusiness Law Commissions of OAB/PR at the state level. Beyond the Bar Association, she is a Municipal Councilor of the Women’s Rights Council of Lapa/PR and Vice President of the National Commission of Medical and Health Law at the Jurists Institute. Her professional practice focuses on Digital Law, Compliance, Medical and Hospital Law, and Tax Law, with particular emphasis on regulatory governance and technological innovation in legal systems.

Police Commissioner General Prof. Dr. Chryshnanda Dwilaksana, M.Si. is a senior officer of the Indonesian National Police (Polri). Born in Magelang, Central Java, he is a graduate of the Indonesian Police Academy (Akpol) Class of 1989. He is widely recognized as a high-ranking police official with a strong academic foundation in Police Science. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Police Science from the College of Police Science (PTIK) and subsequently completed his Master’s and Doctoral degrees at Universitas Indonesia, specializing in policing studies. The combination of extensive field experience and academic depth has established him as one of the leading intellectual figures within the Indonesian National Police. Throughout his distinguished career, he has held numerous strategic leadership positions within Polri. His appointments have included Head of Public Relations of the Jakarta Metropolitan Police (Polda Metro Jaya), Traffic Director in several regional jurisdictions, Director of Security and Safety (Dirkamsel) of the Traffic Corps of Polri, Head of the Leadership School (Kasespim) of the Police Education and Training Institute (Lemdiklat Polri), and ultimately Head of the Police Education and Training Institute (Kalemdiklat Polri). These roles reflect his strong leadership credentials, particularly in traffic management, police education and human resource development, and institutional capacity building. In addition to his service as a police practitioner, Prof. Chryshnanda Dwilaksana is also an academic and professor within the police education system. He actively contributes to the development of thought on police reform, professionalization of law enforcement, and strengthening institutional integrity. His commitment to organizational transformation and modernization is evident in the strategic roles he has undertaken. Dr. Rowena A. Pila

Rizal Technological University, Phillipines

Dr. Rowena A. Pila is a graduate of the Doctor in Public Administration program (2012) from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. She is a Filipina author, educator, and researcher specializing in public administration and history. Her academic achievements include being recognized as an Outstanding Student at Far Eastern University in 1991 and receiving the Teacher Proficiency Award from Far Eastern University from 1998 to 2003. She has authored academic materials and textbooks focusing on history and governance, contributing to the development of educational resources in these fields. Dr. Pila currently serves as a faculty member at Rizal Technological University, where she is actively involved in teaching and research. In addition, she is the Founding Chairman and current President of the Association of Professional Teachers and Researchers, Inc. (AFTEACH), Philippines, reflecting her commitment to strengthening professional collaboration and research engagement among educators and scholars.

Suma Parahakaran, Ph.D

Dr. Suma is an academic based at INTI International University, Malaysia, and serves as a Visiting Professor at the American University of Sovereign Nations (USA). She is a member of Creative Commons (USA), an Editor for Ethics in Science and Environmental Politics, and a teacher trainer across Southeast Asia focusing on climate change education. With more than 15 years of research experience in the social sciences, she is an accomplished trainer, consultant, and educator who has delivered keynote addresses in multiple countries. Her research spans the fields of education, technology, and environmental studies, with particular emphasis on climate change ethics, sustainability, and green education for children and youth. She is especially committed to advancing values-based environmental education to address critical global challenges such as climate change. Dr. Suma has been invited as a keynote speaker in Malaysia, India, Thailand, Indonesia, and Singapore, reflecting her regional and international engagement. Previously, she served as a resource person for a UN-Habitat water preservation initiative in collaboration with an institute in Thailand, promoting humanitarian values-based water education. In this capacity, she also conducted training programs for teachers across Southeast Asia, strengthening educational capacity in sustainability and environmental stewardship.

Prof. Dr. Hardani Widhiastuti, M.M., Psychologist is a Full Professor of Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Universitas Semarang (USM), Indonesia. She has made significant contributions to the advancement of psychological science, academic leadership, and professional practice in Indonesia. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Soegijapranata Catholic University (Semarang), a Master’s degree in Management from Universitas Diponegoro, and a Doctorate in Psychology from Universitas Gadjah Mada. In 2014, she was formally appointed Professor with specialization in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Throughout her academic career, Prof. Hardani has held numerous strategic leadership positions at Universitas Semarang, including Vice Dean II, Dean of the Faculty of Psychology for two terms, Vice Rector I, and currently Chair of the University Senate. These roles reflect her substantial contribution to university governance, academic quality enhancement, and institutional development. As an educator, she teaches at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, delivering courses in Job Analysis, Organizational Behavior, Human Capital, Leadership Management, Organizational Change and Development, and Philosophy of Science. Her expertise focuses on human resource management, occupational stress management, occupational health and safety (OHS), organizational behavior, and performance development.
